The Art Easel Program

The Art Easel Program is an initiative of Funding Innovation that allows Canadians to create positive change within their communities … by purchasing artwork!

Funding Innovation works with charitable organizations, like Support Our Troops, to partner with businesses and enterprises to feature their quality artwork for bids in their establishments. Interested passersby can bid on the featured artwork, such as sports, music and fine art prints, the contributions of which support programs for military members, veterans, ill and injured, and their families.

Since its inception in 2016, the program has grown exponentially. We are proud to work with over 300 partners in 9 provinces.

PROGRAM IMPACT

In just 3 years the Art Easel Program has raised almost $700,000! These funds go towards programs that build family resiliency, support the rehabilitation of ill and injured soldiers, and much, much more. Click here to learn more about our programs.

VIRTUAL AUCTION

OUR PARTNERS

Highway of Heroes: various locations like ONroute Service Centres and Flying J have answered the call to support our serving women and men by hosting art easels in their establishments.

Hallway of Heroes: one of our most popular locations for artwork bids is Ottawa City Hall. Given the great success of this initiative, we are looking to roll this program out across many other municipal buildings.

The Beer Store: 50 Stores across Ontario support this program.

Giant Tiger: As a long-standing partner of CFMWS through our Op Santa Claus program (delivering holiday packages to deployed troops), Giant Tiger was our first partner to adopt the Art Easel Program!
